All prices displayed on the website are final. The store is currently not charging Value Added Tax as it is not registered for VAT. If the store becomes VAT registered in the future, VAT and the Tax Registration Number will be displayed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The store reserves the right to change prices, offers, or products at any time without prior notice. This does not affect orders that have already been confirmed, unless there is an obvious error in the price or product description.
Product Disclaimer
The longevity, projection, and performance of perfumes may vary from one person to another depending on skin type, weather conditions, method of use, and storage.
Some packaging details, labels, or bottle designs may slightly differ from the images displayed on the website, without affecting the quality or authenticity of the product.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping may be available to selected countries.
The expected delivery time within the United Arab Emirates is from 1 to 5 business days unless stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery information and address. The store shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
If the customer refuses to receive the order, or if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, the store has the right to deduct shipping and re-delivery fees or cancel the order depending on the case.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or government fees imposed by the destination country.
Return and Exchange Policy
The customer may request to return products within three (3) days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
For health, safety, and product quality reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were defective or damaged upon receipt.
This policy does not affect the mandatory legal rights granted to consumers under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The customer may request an exchange or return in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The customer received a product different from the order.
- There is a material error in the product description.
Refund Policy
After the return request is approved and the product is inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Electronic payment refunds may take from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the procedures of the bank or payment service provider.
Shipping and delivery fees may be deducted from the refunded amount if the reason for the return is not due to an error by the store.
